Description
Extra-long, closely placed overlapping flaps ensure an especially long lifetime. Also available with trimmable backing to make full use of the flaps, and is suitable for fillet weld grinding.

Material suitability:
The RHODIUS JUMBO LONGLIFE TRIM flap disc has been specifically developed for processing stainless steel (e.g. V2A, 1.4301), steel (carbon steel – also termed structural steel, St37, S235JR and 1.0037) and cast steels. The disc also offers users an exceptionally long tool life.
Structure and production:
The disc is manufactured to EN 13743, safety-tested and certified to oSa standards. The special backing pad is made from ABS. The abrasive grain used for the JUMBO LONGLIFE TRIM is a high-quality ceramic grain (sintered corundum) with aluminium oxide (corundum). All RHODIUS flap discs are also iron- and sulphur-free. With this disc, the flaps lie flat on the disc.
