Cutting

Grinding / Polishing
The RHODIUS range offers you everything you need to achieve a clean and spotlessly shining surface finish: such as flap discs or coated abrasives, as well as polishing tools. We know what’s important for the grinding or polishing of steel, stainless and aluminium: the right bond, the right grain, an appropriate coating type and an active grinding coating.
Grinding
For rapid stock removal with angle or air grinders, grinding discs and cup wheels are the best choice, enabling safe side grinding. The result is a coarse surface, which is refined in subsequent finishing steps to achieve the final shape and finish.
Diamond tools
Premium-grade industrial diamonds are used to ensure the continuously high quality of our diamond cutting discs and diamond tools. These diamonds are manufactured synthetically from graphite by using the high-pressure high-temperature (HPHT) method. Unlike natural diamonds, the superior properties of these diamonds can be reliably reproduced.
Cleaning
Need to remove rust and clean steel, stainless steel or aluminium with a machine? RHODIUS offers the right tool for optimum, gentle results here: Non-woven abrasives and non-woven cleaning discs with a high grain density, plus brushes for use on angle grinders, air grinders or straight grinders, with matching filler materials.
Milling
Precision and material removal are key performance factors for carbide burrs. RHODIUS produces them on advanced CNC machines to ensure consistent quality. Their high concentricity and optimally matched cutting geometry, tooth shape and count deliver precise, reliable results.
Cast product range
RHODIUS supplies a high-performance range of grinding tools for a wide variety of cast part types and applications. These highly specialized solutions ensure maximum efficiency in your machining process. They combine excellent stock removal performance with a long service life.
Track super structure range
The challenge when developing our tools for track construction is to take all variables into account: Machine, workpiece, user, tool, and the machining geometry. The service life of the tools is another decisive factor, because the tools have to last for the section of track. Convenient cutting is required and the disc must not tilt.
